Event Venue Rental Information

The BARN at Serra Valley Farms is a wonderful venue for any event, especially weddings, re-unions, birthday parties and office parties. Here is some of what the Barn has to offer:

Entertainment Space
When you rent The Barn, you receive the venue for the most of your special day. We just ask that you are packed up and have left by 12AM. Our facility has tables and chairs for 120 guests with ample room to accommodate up to 150. A large dance floor is center stage for dancing and more seating space. In addition to the main building, we have an outdoor patio and a 800 square foot covered pavilion for additional entertainment space. For the your comfort and comfort of your guests, the Barn is equipped with a high efficiency heating and air conditioning system.
Included in the rental
The Barn is equipped with a Jukebox and a full stereo system that easily connects with your or your DJ’s laptop or iPod. The pricing is a flat fee and most everything needed is included. This includes coolers, grills, drink dispensers, horse shoe pits, a fire pit, table top bar among many other amenities available for your use. There is a kitchen with a basic stove, oven, refrigerator and ice machine for use.
Rental Pricing:
Our fees start at $5000 to rent the BARN for the day. Additional charges may apply for carriage rentals and on-site ceremony locations.

On-Site Ceremony Locations
There are many ceremony locations on our property that are just a short walk away from the reception hall.
The Chapel
For smaller, more intimate ceremonies, The Chapel is perfect for 20-30 guests.  The other side of the same building is a larger pavilion where we create an aisle from our white wicker chairs perfect for 75 of your guests.
Weeping Willow
For an absolutely stunning ceremony site, we have a massive weeping willow tree in a private paddock that is on the other side of the Serra Valley Farm property. Some of our wedding parties have decided to get married in the woods in the surrounding area.
When you rent the venue, you are responsible for anything that you bring in. Alcohol is allowed and we have no restrictions in terms of which caterer or event services you use (entertainment, photographer, baker, etc) with the exception of illegal substances, of course.
